How users usually start

Which route is your project asking for?

01

Can this design go into OEM production?

Upload drawings or samples first. We confirm feasibility, sample scope, MOQ, and export logistics for production execution.

02

Can this be an ODM project?

For market-driven briefs, we propose a feasible development route across style, lens, logo and packaging before quotation.

03

Can it support a private-label partner model?

Yes. Product, logo and packaging decisions can be aligned with your market timing in the same commercial review.

01

Acetate frame development

Acetate is the principal frame direction. A project can explore solid colors, transparent or translucent effects, Havana-style patterns, layered visual effects and coordinated frame-front and temple colors, subject to the selected supplier and current material availability. The review connects the visible design to the construction: rim profile, bridge, bevel, temple dimensions, visible core direction, hinges, decorative parts, lenses and logo position.

A digital image is useful for style direction but does not define dimensions, material grade or a stable production method. Drawings, measurements, a physical sample or several clear reference views help turn the idea into a sample brief. Exact material identity, sheet thickness, supplier reference and color-control method are confirmed for the individual project.

  • Frame-front silhouette, rim profile and bridge direction
  • Solid, transparent, patterned and layered color concepts
  • Temple, hinge and decorative-component review
  • Polished or matte appearance by approved sample
  • Material identity never inferred from an image alone
02

Metal eyewear routes

Metal sunglasses and metal optical frames can also be coordinated according to the proposed model. Construction is assessed as a connected system covering the rim, bridge, top bar where applicable, nose-pad route, temples, tips, hinges, joints and decorative components. The appropriate metal family, component sources and surface process must be reviewed before sampling.

Gold, silver, gunmetal and black normally describe visible color directions. They do not establish precious-metal content, alloy grade, coating system or performance. Likewise, a model name beginning with “Ti” does not prove titanium. Material and finish claims are made only after the relevant supply specification is confirmed.

  • Full-rim and other feasible construction directions
  • Bridge, nose-pad, temple and temple-tip decisions
  • Visible color, plating or coating route by project
  • Mixed-material and decorative detail review
  • Component and tooling requirements confirmed before quotation
03

Sunglass and optical-frame projects

For non-prescription sunglasses, buyers can discuss suitable base-lens directions, solid or gradient colors, selected mirror appearances and polarized options. UV400 can be specified as a project requirement, but it must be tied to the selected lens and final order and verified as agreed. Lens darkness, mirror appearance or polarization does not by itself establish UV performance.

Optical frames are supplied with non-prescription demo lenses unless otherwise agreed. Prescription lenses and optical dispensing are not included. The frame and lens route must still be reviewed together for shape, curve, fit, installation and display requirements.

  • Non-prescription sun lenses by approved project specification
  • Solid, gradient and selected mirror directions
  • Polarization and UV400 specified separately
  • Destination-market testing identified before quotation
  • Optical frames supplied with non-prescription demo lenses
04

Logo and brand application

The factory commonly supports screen or other suitable printed logo routes, laser marking or engraving, and custom metal decorations. The appropriate method depends on the actual frame material, surface, geometry, artwork size, desired contrast and order quantity. A physical sample is used to confirm position and appearance.

Custom metal emblems or structural decorations may require tooling, dedicated components and a different minimum. Other brand-detail routes can be reviewed only after the construction and surface are known. Buyers must own or be authorized to use every submitted name, logo and artwork.

  • Printed temple or component logos by suitable process
  • Laser result confirmed for the actual material and finish
  • Custom metal emblem, attachment and tooling review
  • Vector artwork and dimensioned placement preferred
  • Cases, cloths, pouches and packaging coordinated separately
05

Sampling and approval

Sampling translates a design direction into a physical reference. A typical review may cover the overall geometry, dimensions, material and color, lens appearance, components, logo position, surface appearance and packaging relationship where included. Typical sampling takes 7–10 working days after the relevant design, material, color, lens, branding and sample requirements are confirmed.

This timing is an estimate rather than a guarantee. New construction, unavailable material, custom tooling, special components or repeated revision can extend the schedule. Production should not begin until the buyer’s approval and required changes are recorded in the project specification.

  • Feasibility review before sampling
  • Physical sample linked to written specifications
  • Changes recorded before bulk production
  • New tooling and sourcing reflected in schedule and quotation
06

Production planning and export

Typical MOQ starts from 300 pairs per style in total, with colors combined, subject to design, materials and components. Bulk production typically takes around 25 working days after sample approval, production details and agreed payment points are confirmed. This is production lead time—not shipment, customs-clearance or arrival time.

Under standard project conditions, available production capacity can reach approximately 1,000 pairs per day. Actual allocation depends on construction, materials, component readiness, number of colors, logo processes, order mix, inspection requirements and the production schedule. Wuxi Xinjintai coordinates the international quotation, communication and export steps for the agreed order.

  • 300-pair typical starting MOQ per style, colors combined
  • About 25 working days typical bulk-production lead time
  • Up to approximately 1,000 pairs/day under standard conditions
  • Capacity and schedule confirmed for the individual order
  • International export coordination through Wuxi Xinjintai

Frequently asked questions

Capability is confirmed
against the design.

Can you manufacture both acetate and metal frames?+

Yes. Acetate is the primary development direction, while metal sunglasses and optical frames can also be reviewed. Final materials, construction and component availability depend on the individual project.

Is the 1,000-pair daily capacity guaranteed?+

No. Under standard project conditions, available production capacity can reach approximately 1,000 pairs per day. Actual allocation depends on construction, materials, components, order mix and the production schedule.

Can I order 300 pairs in several colors?+

Typical MOQ starts from 300 pairs per style in total, with colors combined. The feasible color split remains subject to material, lens, component and production minimums.

Do optical frames include prescription lenses?+

No. Optical frames are supplied with non-prescription demo lenses unless otherwise agreed. Prescription lenses and optical dispensing are not included.
