Destination country comes first
The project brief should identify every country in which the product will be placed on the market, together with required languages and the proposed importer or other economic operators.

Europe project route
XH Glasses supports brands, distributors, importers and sourcing teams developing OEM, ODM and private-label eyewear for European destinations. Europe includes multiple markets, so EU, EEA, United Kingdom and other national requirements are reviewed separately for the agreed final product and shipment.
Discuss this market project ↗Destination-market requirements depend on the final product, intended use, user group, materials, claims and economic operators. Testing, documentation, marking and labeling requirements are reviewed and agreed for each project before production. This page does not represent that an unconfirmed product is certified or approved for a particular market.
Who we support
Market-specific review
The project brief should identify every country in which the product will be placed on the market, together with required languages and the proposed importer or other economic operators.
General-use plano sunglasses and spectacle frames intended to hold corrective lenses can follow different regulatory paths. Intended purpose and final configuration must be reviewed separately.
For applicable EU projects, conformity assessment, technical documentation, declaration, traceability, instructions and marking responsibilities must be assigned to the correct legal operators. XH does not claim blanket CE certification.
UV400, filter category, driving use, material restrictions and other claims must be supported for the approved model, lens, color and construction covered by the evidence.
What XH handles
Acetate sunglasses and optical frames are the main development direction. Metal sunglasses and metal optical frames can also be reviewed. Optical frames are supplied with non-prescription demo lenses only.
Frame geometry, colors, lens appearance, UV400 as a project requirement, logo application and packaging can be coordinated subject to feasibility, sample approval and applicable testing.

Commercial starting points
Target-market review
For general-use plano sunglasses intended to protect against sunlight in the European Union, the applicable route may involve the EU personal protective equipment framework. Spectacle frames intended to hold corrective lenses require a separate classification and obligation review. Harmonised standards can provide a technical path for the requirements they cover, but a standard is not a factory certificate and a test report is not automatically evidence for every color or future order. The buyer, importer and legal manufacturer should agree who owns the technical file, signs any declaration, approves labels and keeps required records. United Kingdom, Switzerland and other European destinations must not be treated as identical to the EU route.
