A strong private-label result starts by matching the logo process to the frame material, available area, color contrast, expected appearance and order quantity. XH Glasses commonly works with printed logos, laser marking and custom metal decorations, then coordinates cases, cleaning cloths and retail packaging through XH Glasses Case.
Material, lens and branding options are reviewed project by project. Final specifications, performance claims, testing and destination-market requirements are confirmed before production.
01
Screen and pad-printed directions
Printed decoration is useful when the brand needs a clear contrasting mark on a suitable temple, lens or component surface. Depending on geometry, the production route may use screen printing, pad printing or another supplier-approved transfer process. Artwork line weight, ink color, print area, surface preparation and adhesion expectations must be tested on the actual material.
Temple logo and interior information
Single-color or selected multi-color direction
Lens logo only when technically appropriate
Artwork and print position confirmed on sample
02
Laser marking and engraving
Laser processes can create a restrained mark without adding a separate color layer, but the result depends strongly on the material, finish, marking depth and machine settings. “Laser engraving” and “laser marking” should not be treated as interchangeable promises until the sample is reviewed. A dark frame may produce a subtle result, while plated or coated metal needs process-specific testing.
Exterior or interior temple placement
Serial, model or specification marking where appropriate
Subtle tonal branding direction
Sample approval for contrast and surface effect
03
Custom metal decorations
A separate metal emblem, plaque or decorative component can give the frame a more dimensional brand signature. The design must account for component size, attachment method, surrounding material, color or finish, tooling and minimum quantity. Gold-tone or silver-tone describes appearance only unless a material and finish specification is documented.
Metal temple emblem or corner detail
Custom shape and relief direction
Color and finish coordinated with frame hardware
Tooling and attachment reviewed before quotation
04
Additional brand-detail routes
Selected projects may explore temple-core patterns, molded or recessed details, enamel-like color fills, lens marks or custom hardware. These routes are more construction-dependent and may require tooling or supplier minimums. We present them as development options only after checking the frame structure and target quantity.
Decorative temple-core direction
Recessed, raised or filled details by feasibility
Custom hardware or temple-tip details
Collection-wide model and color identification
05
Coordinate eyewear and packaging
Brand recognition continues beyond the frame. XH Glasses can coordinate the eyewear project with cases, pouches, cleaning cloths, cards, sleeves and retail packaging supplied through XH Glasses Case. Combining the brief helps align colors, logo files, packing dimensions and inspection points, but delivery and freight benefits are quoted for the actual order rather than promised as a universal percentage.
Eyewear case and pouch
Cleaning cloth and care card
Sleeve, carton and retail presentation
Shared artwork and color-control files
06
Prepare production-ready artwork
Vector artwork is preferred for clean reproduction. The brief should identify the master logo, minimum size, clear space, color reference, approved variations and exact position on each product. Customers must own or be authorized to use submitted names, logos and artwork. We may request evidence of authorization and may decline artwork that appears to infringe third-party rights. We then confirm the process, tooling if needed, sample appearance and inspection standard before bulk production.
Vector AI, EPS, SVG or editable PDF preferred
Pantone or physical color reference where relevant
Dimensioned placement drawing
Approved sample and golden reference
Packaging artwork checked separately
Before quotation
Prepare artwork for eyewear scale
Send editable vector artwork whenever possible and include a simplified small-size version if the full logo contains fine lettering or complex shapes. Mark the preferred placement on a frame drawing or photograph and provide an approximate width, height and orientation. Identify the intended color, contrast and visual depth, but allow the process recommendation to reflect the actual frame surface. If the same identity will appear on a case, cloth and carton, provide one controlled artwork package and name each approved variation. Confirm that your company owns or is authorized to use every submitted mark before sampling starts.

Frequently asked questions
Make the brief more precise.
Which logo process should I choose?+
The right process depends on the frame material, surface, geometry, desired contrast, artwork and quantity. We review printed, laser and metal-decoration routes against the actual project.
Can you put a logo on the lens?+
A lens mark can be reviewed for suitable non-prescription sunglasses projects. Position, process, visibility and any market requirements must be confirmed by sample.
Can you make a custom metal logo?+
Yes, a custom metal emblem or decorative component can be developed where construction and quantity support it. Tooling, finish and attachment are quoted separately.
Can you coordinate branded packaging?+
Yes. Cases, pouches, cleaning cloths and retail packaging can be coordinated through XH Glasses Case using the approved brand artwork and product dimensions.
