Design details visible in the catalogue

The lower rims are rounded while the top line is comparatively flat. A shaped bridge opening and wide-looking temple sections are visible in the catalogue. The connection image shows a metal component, but its type and tested performance are not specified. C4 is labelled Green and shows a transition from darker green upper areas towards a yellow-toned lower front. If that appearance is required, approve the actual material layout and the finished front rather than relying on the single word Green.

From catalogue selection to production approval

  1. Brief: specify OAB2024, colour codes, target quantity, market and authorised logo requirements.
  2. Feasibility and sample: agree the material, components, colour split, full dimensions and sample charges. Typical sampling is 7–10 working days after the relevant design, material and specification confirmations. New tooling, if required, is scheduled separately.
  3. Approval and bulk: confirm the physical sample, specification, order details and delivery plan. Typical bulk production is around 25 working days after sample approval and order confirmation; the actual schedule is confirmed for the project.

Samples using existing tooling are normally USD 50–200. New designs requiring tooling incur an additional mould fee. New tooling normally takes 20–25 calendar days from drawing approval; any offset against a bulk order is agreed separately. These are general project conditions, not a fixed quotation for this model.

Questions about OAB2024

Is OAB2024 a completely circular front?

The catalogue shows rounded lower rims with a relatively flat brow, so a simple circular description would miss part of the outline. Use the front photograph and drawing to define the intended shape rather than relying only on a round-frame label.

Why does OAB2024 C4 Green show more than one tone?

The supplied image shows a green upper area and a warmer, yellow-toned lower front. Green is the catalogue colour label. Material direction, transition placement and the appearance after shaping should be confirmed with a physical sample.

Does the OAB2024 connection close-up prove it uses a spring hinge?

No. A metal connection is visible, but the catalogue does not name the hinge type, supplier or mechanism. Confirm the proposed component and sample operation separately; do not infer spring action or durability from this photograph.

What drawing information is missing for the OAB2024 bridge?

The catalogue provides a 20 mm bridge reference but not the full bridge contour, contact geometry or complete front dimensions. If fit is important to the brief, include the required drawing and review a physical sample instead of treating the single number as a fitting guarantee.
