Solution for eyewear brands

Build a collection,
not isolated frames.

XH Glasses supports eyewear brands that need a coherent product language across frame shapes, colors, lenses, logos and packaging. The workflow turns an original brand brief into model-level samples and written production specifications without assuming design ownership, exclusivity or market compliance.

Project boundaries

Capabilities, lead times, testing, documentation and commercial terms are confirmed project by project and apply only when stated in the final quotation or written agreement. Selecting a buyer type routes the enquiry inside XH; it never authorizes an automatic Swag referral or other third-party disclosure.

Role-specific controls

Collection identity needs measurable controls.

01

Start with the collection brief

Define the target wearer, retail position, destination markets, number of styles, launch timing and the visual language that should connect the range. A mood board helps direction; drawings, dimensions and physical references define the product.

02

Create consistency across styles

Shared acetate colors, metal finishes, lens tones, temple information, logo placement and packaging can connect a collection. Each style still receives its own feasibility, sample and specification review.

03

Approve physical references

Screen colors do not guarantee the appearance of acetate, plating, lenses, fabric or paper. Brand decisions should be recorded against physical samples, agreed references and reasonable tolerances.

04

Set design and commercial boundaries

Buyer-owned drawings, third-party references, tooling, exclusivity, confidentiality, permitted portfolio use and design ownership are not implied by an RFQ. Any special rights must be agreed in writing.

Prepare for the first review

Send decisions,
not just inspiration.

Your working route

Six checkpoints from brief to export.

  1. 01Collection brief and rights review
  2. 02Style-by-style feasibility and open questions
  3. 03Material, lens, color and logo sampling
  4. 04Physical sample review and consolidated revisions
  5. 05Approved sample and production specification
  6. 06Bulk production, inspection and export coordination

Publication or sharing of a brand’s designs, files or project details requires separate authorization.

Commercial starting points

Confirmed around
the actual brief.

MOQ
Typical MOQ starts from 300 pairs per style in total, with colors combined, subject to design, materials and components.
Sampling
Typically 7–10 working days after the design, material, lens, color and sample requirements are confirmed.
Production
Around 25 working days after sample approval and order confirmation. This is production time, not delivery time.
Capacity
Under standard project conditions, available capacity can reach approximately 1,000 pairs per day; actual allocation is confirmed project by project.

Product scope

Acetate first,
metal by project.

Frames and lenses

Acetate sunglasses and optical frames are the main direction. Metal sunglasses and optical frames can also be reviewed. Optical frames are supplied with non-prescription demo lenses only.

UV400, polarization, mirror appearance and other lens requirements must be specified and confirmed for the selected final configuration.

Branding and presentation

Screen printing, laser marking and custom metal decorations are reviewed against the material, surface and artwork. Cases, pouches, cloths and retail packaging can be separately specified and quoted.

No universal certificate, test report, material claim or destination compliance is implied.

Buyer FAQ

Questions specific to your role.

Can XH develop a collection from our original brand direction?+

Yes. Send buyer-owned drawings, physical references or an original visual direction. Construction, materials, lenses, branding, packaging and destination requirements are reviewed before sampling.

Can colors be combined within the MOQ?+

Potentially. Typical MOQ starts from 300 pairs per style in total, with colors combined. The feasible split depends on acetate sheet, lens, component, logo and production minimums.

Can one design language be applied across several styles?+

Yes. Shared color, lens, temple, logo and packaging directions can be planned across a collection, while the feasibility and specification of each style are still confirmed separately.

Will our designs and brand assets be published?+

Not automatically. Publication, portfolio use or sharing with another party requires a separate and appropriate authorization.
