1. Who operates this website
This website and its international business enquiries are operated by Wuxi Xinjintai International Trade Co., Ltd., Room 306, Building 16, No. 588 Jianghai East Road, Liangxi District, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. Manufacturing is carried out by Ronghao (Shenzhen) Eyewear Co., Ltd. at its Huizhou production facility where required for project fulfilment.

2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, company, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, country or market, project route, product category, estimated quantity, requested timing, packaging interest, message, source page and limited technical security information. We do not request payment-card details, government identifiers or medical information through the enquiry form.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess requirements, prepare quotations, manage samples and orders, coordinate manufacturing and export, prevent form abuse, and meet legal obligations. For pre-contract enquiries, processing is necessary to take steps at your request; security and ordinary follow-up may also rely on our legitimate business interests.
4. Enquiry storage and email
When you submit the website form, the information is securely stored in our WordPress enquiry database and a notification attempt is made to our business email. Database storage occurs before email notification, so a temporary mail-delivery failure does not discard the enquiry. Direct email and WhatsApp communications are handled through those services.
5. Swag Eyewear enquiries
Selecting a Swag-related project route does not authorize us to share your information with our Italian partner. We first discuss the request with you. Before any referral, we will identify the intended recipient, explain the fields and purpose, and obtain separate explicit permission. OEM, ODM and private-label enquiries remain with XH Glasses unless another arrangement is agreed.
6. Recipients and international processing
Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need it for enquiry management, hosting, website administration, email delivery, security, manufacturing coordination, contracting or export. Data may be processed in China and by service providers in other countries. We use reasonable contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service and data.
7. Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion three years after the last substantive contact. Technical and security logs are normally retained for no more than 90 days unless an incident requires longer preservation. Contract, transaction, accounting and customs records may be retained for the period required by applicable law, commonly up to ten years. Backups expire according to their controlled lifecycle.
8. Cookies and external services
The site may use essential cookies for WordPress administration, form security and session functionality. We do not activate non-essential advertising or analytics cookies without an appropriate consent mechanism. Clicking WhatsApp leaves this website and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.
9. Your choices and rights
