Solution for private-label startups

Start focused.
Expand with evidence.

XH Glasses helps a new private-label eyewear business turn a first product idea into a controlled development plan. The aim is to reduce avoidable style, color and packaging complexity—not to promise a risk-free launch, guaranteed sales or a fixed launch date.

Project boundaries

Capabilities, lead times, testing, documentation and commercial terms are confirmed project by project and apply only when stated in the final quotation or written agreement. Selecting a buyer type routes the enquiry inside XH; it never authorizes an automatic Swag referral or other third-party disclosure.

Role-specific controls

A first collection needs fewer unknowns.

01

Define one clear starting style

Begin with the target wearer, destination, frame category, price position, one or two color directions, lens requirement and logo. More styles are not automatically a stronger first range.

02

Choose the useful customization level

A buyer-owned reference, an adapted available construction or an original drawing can start different development routes. Tooling, new components and complex decorations increase uncertainty and must be reviewed before quotation.

03

Plan the full launch cost

Frames are only one cost. Allow for samples, revisions, logo and packaging setup, destination testing, freight, import costs, photography, content, storage and sales activity. XH does not provide a generic profit or success forecast.

04

Prepare brand ownership and market inputs

The startup manages its business name, trademark strategy, sales channel, consumer claims and market obligations. XH reviews how authorized artwork is applied to the agreed product and packaging.

Your working route

Six checkpoints from brief to export.

  1. 01First-range scope and feasibility review
  2. 02Material, lens, logo and cost-driver decisions
  3. 03Physical sample and one consolidated revision list
  4. 04Final specification and market evidence plan
  5. 05Bulk production after approval
  6. 06Inspection, shipping and launch preparation by the buyer

Brand strategy, trademark clearance, retail marketing and sales performance remain the customer’s responsibility unless separately contracted.

Commercial starting points

the actual brief.

Sampling
Typically 7–10 working days after the design, material, lens, color and sample requirements are confirmed.
Production
Around 25 working days after sample approval and order confirmation. This is production time, not delivery time.
Capacity
Under standard project conditions, available capacity can reach approximately 1,000 pairs per day; actual allocation is confirmed project by project.

Product scope

Acetate first,
metal by project.

Frames and lenses

Acetate sunglasses and optical frames are the main direction. Metal sunglasses and optical frames can also be reviewed. Optical frames are supplied with non-prescription demo lenses only.

UV400, polarization, mirror appearance and other lens requirements must be specified and confirmed for the selected final configuration.

Branding and presentation

Screen printing, laser marking and custom metal decorations are reviewed against the material, surface and artwork. Cases, pouches, cloths and retail packaging can be separately specified and quoted.

No universal certificate, test report, material claim or destination compliance is implied.

Buyer FAQ

Questions specific to your role.

What is a practical starting order for a new brand?+

Typical MOQ starts from 300 pairs per style in total, with colors combined. A focused launch often begins with fewer style families and a controlled color split, subject to material and component minimums.

Do I need a finished technical drawing?+

Not always. An original concept, buyer-owned reference or physical sample can start the feasibility discussion, but measurable specifications and authorized artwork must be confirmed before production.

Can you help coordinate the logo and packaging?+

Yes. Logo application, cases, pouches, cloths and retail packaging can be developed as separately specified and quoted parts of the launch.

Does XH create or own my local brand?+

No. The buyer owns and manages its brand, trademark strategy, sales channel and market obligations. XH supports product development, manufacturing coordination and export for the agreed project.
